College and Career Counseling
College and career counseling helps students explore post-secondary opportunities and prepare for a path that reflects their strengths, interests, and goals.
Planning begins in 9th grade through course selection, academic planning, and assessments that help students better understand their social, emotional, and academic needs. Juniors and seniors receive more focused support with college applications, standardized test planning, accommodations requests, personal essays, Senior Internship, vocational opportunities, post-secondary planning, and executive functioning skills.
While many Spire students pursue college after graduation, the team helps each student identify the next step that best aligns with their talents, passions, and vision for the future.
Preparing for What Comes Next
By combining academic planning, clinical support, executive functioning development, and real-world experiences, Spire helps students build the confidence, clarity, and independence needed for college, work, community involvement, and adult life.
