Welcome to The Spire School
A NEASC-accredited and Connecticut State Approved Special Education Program, The Spire School is a therapeutic day school in Stamford, CT, serving intellectually capable students in grades 6-12.
Founded in 2010, The Spire School is designed for students who benefit from a smaller, clinically informed learning environment where academic growth and emotional well-being are supported together. Through individualized academics and integrated therapeutic support, Spire helps students strengthen emotional well-being, build confidence, and realize their academic potential. Our team supports students experiencing school avoidance or refusal, anxiety, depression, executive function challenges, bullying, identity-related stress, or negative social media experiences. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where they can develop skills for school and life.
